As for the situation in the border regions of Russia, in the same Belgorod region, I have friends there at Belgorod State University. And such painful strikes, like in Belgorod, like a terrorist act on the Crimean Bridge, which is planned by the Ukrainian military intelligence, with the assistance of the British and Americans.
